The greatest physical benefit to playing golf is getting exercise from walking. Walking for 18 holes is often the equivalent of walking 3-to-4 miles. This gets the golfer’s heart going and blood pumping. It is a stimulating if not rigorous activity. Golfer who play three or four times a week are getting quite a bit of exercise.

Mendo college isnt that good. Low Gap park is much better. Also Lake mendo has two different courses available.

Well all I can say is my wife and I where up there just to play round for fun and where treated with nothing but respect from all the players(we are not very good) and then had a great time with all the guys and girls from the Outlaws. Was the course hard , yes……it a tournament it should be!!! does it take awhile to get there yes…Will we go again HELL yes. My wife and I had a such a good time and everyone was so nice and friendly why would you not want to be there!!! And to the the GUY that bad mouth it, I am glad you where not there disc golf is no place for Debie Downers!!!
