Ah….September in the North Bay…what could be nicer? Summer is winding down, the days are cooler, but September brings us some of the nicest weather of the year. It’s Harvest season and the perfect time for a couple of rounds of disc golf.
September 15th and 16th will be the first running of the Endless Summer Slam. The Indian Summer Disc event was always a favorite, and it will always belong to Sonoma State University although in recent years they have declined to be a venue. For this year’s inauguration, we hope to bring back some Indian Summer fun by having the first day (September 15th) at the SSU Obstacle course and the second day’s events at Crane Creek Regional. Unlike Indian Summer, which hosted a variety of disc sports, this will be disc golf events only. We will have more news about this event in the future.
